Stephan is currently CFO at Lunch Garden, one of Belgium’s most prominent quick service restaurant chains. As CFO, Stephan is an Executive Director, responsible for finance, purchasing (incl. logistics), facilities and IT within the Lunch Garden Group.
Before becoming a CFO, Stephan led the Restructuring Services practice at Deloitte. He loves complex business situations and working with people. Both are on full display during Restructurings and Mergers and Acquisitions. In both processes, you need to understand the underlying value drivers of a company, interpret financial data, identify opportunities for (rapid) improvement, manage a complex field of stakeholders and get a solution in place.
