Philippe is one of the Founding Partner and managing partner of Eight Advisory Belgium.
As Transaction Services and Restructuring Partner, Philippe combines his transaction and restructuring expertise to assist leading companies through crises for more than 20 years. He works for private equity funds, large and medium sized corporates and lenders in the Benelux region.
Philippe has deep knowledge in Financial Due diligence and financial restructuring which includes short term cash flow assignments, IBR’s, option analysis, distressed M&A, balance sheet restructuring and negotiations through a financial advisory role.
Today Eight Advisory is a leading restructuring advisor in the Benelux region, France, UK and Germany with more than 12 restructuring partners serving their clients.
